Terms of service
The agreement between 360 Digital Projects Ltd and the organisation using Ephorian.
This document is not finished. It has not been reviewed by a solicitor and is not yet contractual. Everything under “how the product behaves” is accurate and verifiable today; the legal wording is outstanding. If you need the finished document before proceeding, ask and we will get it to you.
How the product behaves today
- Subscriptions are monthly or annual, and a workspace is provisioned by us rather than by public signup.
- If payment lapses, the workspace becomes read-only after a grace period. Every record remains visible and fully exportable — nothing is hidden or deleted at any point.
- Administrators of a workspace manage their own people; we do not hold or set customer passwords.
