Third parties that may process customer data on our behalf. Customers are entitled to notice before this list changes.
This document is not finished. It has not been reviewed by a solicitor and is not yet contractual. Everything under “how the product behaves” is accurate and verifiable today; the legal wording is outstanding. If you need the finished document before proceeding, ask and we will get it to you.
How the product behaves today
- Hosting and database: the infrastructure the application runs on.
- Stripe — payment processing, when a customer pays by card or Direct Debit. Stripe receives billing contact and payment details, never register contents.
- Resend — transactional email: invitations, password resets and payment warnings. Receives recipient name and email address.
- AI providers are NOT on this list by default. Ephorian's AI features use a customer's own provider key under the customer's own agreement, and the rule-based assistant needs no vendor at all.
